University Recruiting is the foundation for talent and the future success of Pendo. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven recruiter to join our team and lead our University Recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities (what you’ll do):
Candidate Attraction – You get active and potential candidates excited about and interested in a career at Pendo by telling our story and where we’re going
Candidate Experience – You make sure candidates are engaged in and satisfied throughout the recruitment process, helping them prepare for each phase
Talent Sourcing – You use your understanding of talent markets and relationships with talent pools and communities to identify, secure and/or develop candidates for immediate and near-term talent needs
University brand building – You partner with Universities, affinity groups, and clubs to build and drive excitement to apply to Pendo
Operational Compliance & Excellence – You apply the appropriate internal and external staffing policies, standards, and/or regulations to all stages of the staffing process, and educate clients on the appropriate processes and policies
Event planning – Effectively plan and run University information sessions, challenges, and tech talks

Outgoing presence – You can capture the attention of an audience, you’re comfortable speaking to both small and large groups of students
