Internship Job Description:
As an Independent Sales Consultant, you’ll be trained on all of our service offerings, become Talent Optimize Certified, and then HUNT for new sales opportunities with startups, SMB’s, and mid to large-sized organizations.
We provide the leads and contact information within CRM.
The Five Talent Harvest Consulting Services you’ll Sell:
(1) Retained Recruitment as a Service (RaaS)
We become a client’s Talent Acquisition Team.
As embedded Talent Consultants we learn about an organization from the inside-out. We then focus on attracting highly sought-after talent in a cost-effective manner. We also advise Client Leadership on the best Talent Acquisition practices.
Through RaaS we increase client’s ROI and mitigate Talent Acquisition costs with a flat fee monthly recruitment plan.
Great service for Start-Ups, SMB, or employers who don’t have a fulltime recruiter or they want to avoid paying staffing agency fees.

Type and Timing of Internship:
Ideal candidates will have the experience to perform the following:
Prospect and develop new accounts within the territory
Grow strategic relationships through cold calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person visits when applicable/available
Introduce Talent Harvest Service offerings to potential clients and close opportunities
Meet deliverable timelines and goals.
This role is 100% virtual but you may only sell Talent Harvest Services within the assigned territory.
Must be based in the territory.
Prior experience as an Independent Sales Representative/Consultant preferred (1099/C2C)
3+ years of sales experience.
Staffing, Consulting, or Corporate Recruitment knowledge or background is preferred.
The candidate must have proven territory management skills
Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding specified sales goals.
We require Consultants to own a computer with internet access, reliable transportation, and the ability to conduct Zoom Video Meetings as requested or needed.
