Internship Job Description:
Pendo is looking for dynamic, motivated, and self-driven team members to join our Services teams this summer as a Pendo Services Intern!
We are looking for tech savvy students interested in working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing tech environment with a large code base that faces millions of people. . In addition to the day to day responsibilities this intern will hold, you will also be provided mentorship and development via one on one time with our entire Customer Success team.
Responsibilities (what you’ll do):
-Work alongside both the Professional Services team and the Technical Account Services team to understand the business assist directly with project management
-Work to create content that helps detail the value of the services provided and is leveraged across the broader organization
-Help analyze various in-flight projects across the Services groups and provide input on efficiencies
-Learn the basics of the Pendo platform and it’s various products to provide input on Services collateral and methodology
