We are looking for a sharp and motivated PAID Data Analyst Intern to join our fast-paced, rapidly-growing startup in Raleigh, NC.
You’ll be responsible for distilling data collected from all our devices down to insights and recommendations, and communicating your findings clearly to our Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams.
We are a company filled with people who are passionate about our product and seek to deliver the best experience for our customers. As we scale, we are ultra-focused on product quality, user experience, and engagement. You’ll be responsible for distilling data collected from all our devices down to insights and recommendations, and communicating your findings clearly to our Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams.
You will work closely with our stellar Product Engineering team to support the Operations team by making our data understandable and accessible internally, and helping agents troubleshoot device and account problems with data deep-dives. As common patterns emerge with issues, you will automate as much as possible to move from reactive to proactive support. If our data is missing important metrics for troubleshooting, it’ll be up to you to determine what to collect and work with Engineering to implement it.
Your analyses and recommendations will be used directly to shape the future of the product and how our customers interact with it.
We are a small team that works best in-person and believe in the power of serendipity when it comes to in-office communication — sometimes our best ideas are sparked by chats at the proverbial (or actual) water cooler.
Please note: Relay will prioritize final year applicants who are local to the Triangle area and seeking an internship as a path to full time employment upon graduation.
