Internship Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven intern to join our B2C marketing department. As a B2C Marketing Analytics Intern, you will play a critical role in assisting our marketing team to make informed decisions for optimizing profit through email and SMS campaigns. You will be responsible for synthesizing email and SMS campaign performance metrics, tracking consumer behavior trends, and analyzing ecommerce analytics. This data-driven role will enable you to gain valuable experience in marketing analytics and contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns.
Email and SMS Campaign Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Identify trends and patterns in campaign performance and recommend adjustments for optimization.
Consumer Behavior Trend Analysis:
Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior, such as website visits, page views, and purchase history.
Identify consumer preferences and trends to help shape marketing strategies.
Work with ecommerce data to understand product performance, revenue, and customer acquisition metrics.
Assist in developing reports on key ecommerce analytics to inform marketing decisions.
Data Synthesis and Reporting:
Compile and synthesize data from various sources, creating clear and concise reports.
Present findings to the marketing team, highlighting insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with data-driven insights.
Work closely with other team members to execute marketing campaigns that deliver the best results.
Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
