Meet Kelsea Little
Q & A
If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be and why?
If I was a superhero, my superpower would be to teleport. Not only would teleportation help me get to people in need faster, but it would be a great power to use in my free time to visit friends and family who are far away.
What does innovation mean to you?
Being innovative is more than a mindset it is a lifestyle. I live the innovative lifestyle, this lifestyle drives me to take risks, overcome obstacles, remain optimistic and most importantly persevere. Entrepreneurship and innovation does not simply apply to producing products and ventures, it applies to much more in life such as overcoming life obstacles by being innovative/pivoting. I have produced an official patented product and I have helped other student entrepreneurs pursue their ventures, but I feel most intune with the entrepreneurship lifestyle and innovation when I am faced with a challenge.
What was your favorite toy as a kid?
As a kid my favorite toy was a plastic toy medical kit. I would play doctor with my younger siblings, taking their temperature, heartbeat and ensuring they were healthy. My passion for medicine and health remains prevalent, I am looking to enter the field of health tech after college.
Where is your favorite place on
campus and why?
My favorite place on campus is the relaxation and meditation room in the Student Union. This room is always supplied with sweet treats and overlooks the Pit. It is a great spot to watch all the action on campus and in the Pit. Pre-Covid, I would meet with friends in this room to study and socialize.
