Job Description:
Launch Chapel Hill is seeking a Marketing Support Intern to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of the startups in our accelerator program and entrepreneurship-focused events. As a Marketing Support Intern, you will work closely with our core team to implement and enhance marketing strategies, promote events, and engage with the Launch Chapel Hill community. With this position, you will be doing more than just building your skills; you’ll become a vital contributor to the economic development within Chapel Hills’ exciting innovation district that is currently under construction.

Responsibilities:
1) Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and informative content for Launch Chapel Hill’s social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
2) Social Media Management: Manage and monitor Launch Chapel Hill’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and compelling content is shared regularly. Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries.
3) Event Promotion: Support the promotion of events, workshops, and demo days hosted by Launch Chapel Hill through various marketing channels. Coordinate promotional campaigns to increase attendance and awareness.
4) Community Engagement: Interact with the Launch Chapel Hill community, including startups, mentors, and partners. Facilitate communication and collaboration among community members.
5) Data Analytics: Assist in analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6) Collaboration: Work closely with the Launch Chapel Hill team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– An enthusiastic and proactive approach to tasks.
Knowledge or interest in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem is a plus.
– Photography skills are a plus
