Internship Job Description:

Responsibilities:

-Develop and analyze financial models, forecasts, and scenarios to support strategic planning and decision-making.
-Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, assess potential risks, and recommend strategies for optimizing returns.
-Assist in the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions, including financial statement analysis, valuation, and integration planning.
-Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders to communicate financial insights, findings, and recommendations.
-Monitor and track financial performance against strategic goals and provide regular updates and recommendations for adjustments.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights and recommendations.
-Identify partnership and affiliate opportunities, drive conversations and close partnership deals; manage partners’ expectations.
-Maintain the company operations in good order, including oversight of certain team members.
