Internship Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated Growth & Marketing Intern to join our team this winter break. This role is a unique blend of sales, marketing, and community outreach — perfect for a student who wants hands-on experience in how tech companies grow. You’ll work directly with founders to help us expand Carolina Cloud’s presence in the Triangle and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
Take the lead with outreach to professors, student clubs, and research labs at UNC, Duke, NC State, and local bootcamps/accelerators.
Help organize and support Carolina Cloud’s presence at hackathons, meetups, and data science events in RTP.
Create and publish engaging content (blog posts, tutorials, social media updates, case studies) to highlight user success stories.
Support sales efforts by building prospect lists, drafting outreach emails, and tracking leads.
Collect feedback from students, researchers, and startups to help improve our product and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Current undergraduate or graduate student (business, marketing, communications, computer science, data science, or related fields).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable engaging with people — from student clubs to professors to startup founders.
Interest in tech, AI/ML, or cloud computing (no deep technical background required, but curiosity is a must!).
Self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and excited to learn.
